Handlebar Torque Specs

Hey gang,
Took advantage of the deal Harley is offering and traded my Nightster for an '09 Street Bob. I would like to move the handlebars back some. Anyone have the torque specs for tightening the bars? Thanks.

Book spec. is:
Tighten two front fasteners until cast-in spacers contact risers.
Tighten two rear fasteners to 12-16 ft-lbs.
Tighten two front fasteners to 12-16 ft-lbs.
I have always use the old German torque spec. goodentight because I have found some of Harleys torque specs for hanlebars too light for some bars.

I always tighten it 'till it breaks, then back off a quarter turn.

He's doin OK. He went on vaction with the wife, and I believe he's due back soon. He told me he is tryin to organize a ride with some of the forum folks. I hope it works out, I've never been ridin with more than two other riders before. It sounds like fun, and I would get to meet some of you guys.
