Gen 3 TFI

Going to be installing Rinehart slip on mufflers, SE Stage 1 air kit and a TFI fuel tuner to my 2009 Streetglide. I see that there are two TFI tuners that would work - Gen 2 TFI (part# 1252 ST) and Gen 3 TFI (part# 1640 ST). I am concerned about popping on decal after the mods and wondering which TFI would be best suited for my application. I am told that the Gen 3 TFI has a separate adjustment to eliminate popping on decal. Has anyone had any experience with the Gen 3 TFI?

Let us know please. I put on the 1252-ST last week on my 09 RG, but have not put on my new Bug Sucker and V&H slipons yet.

I went to the web site and GEN3 looks much like the Arlen Ness tuner.
