gas is pouring out of my front cylinder

gas is pouring out of my front cylinder on my 2003 night train.. after riding it ..it lost power and starting pouring gas out of the tail pipe which caught on fire. I pulled the plug and it cranked and started spewing out of the spark plug hole. It has spark, but only seems to run on the last cylinder

Need more info, is it FI or carbed? If FI you have an injector stuck open.

Does the front cylinder have any compression?
Did it skip or make noise before this happened?
