fuel gauge

I have a 2002 Electra Glide Classic. The fuel gauge works but the needles bounces. It doesnt stay in one place. Any ideas????

Usually bouncing is due to the gas sloshing but you may check the connections and ground for the unit.

My needle move to slow to "bounce" When I start my bike I think it takes over a minute to go from E to Full
