Front pads

H-D for me...the big deal about Lyndalls were less dusting and supposed performance. But quite honestly, the H-D ones worked fine for me...the pad formula is not so harsh that it scores the stainless stock discs and have gone thru two sets out back and getting ready for both sets up front. One other thing...the H-D "Genuine" ones are actually lower in price than the Lyndalls and comparable to the others, and come with the stainless spring retainer...why change if all is right with them? JMO...

I have to say the stockers worked just fine...I can stop the bike with an easy two finger squeeze and rear braking though a bit "mushy" and long travel is adequete for 580 lb machine. Also, I also think having a multi-million dollar R&D department and plenty of testing of the new models on going...if I had a new up to date ride I would stick with a winner...I don't think the "mother ship" would "sabatoge" their premium rides! :)
