Exhaust compatiblity

Hello New member here and my first post. Could someone point me in the right direction for FL exhaust compatibility? I have a set of pipes with mufflers from a 09 FL given to me and I need to know if they will fit on my 97 FL? Thanks and please forgive the newbie if I'm out of line here.

Mufflers '96-'16 interchange. Head pipes '96-'07 interchange without modifications. The difference in the head pipes is the newer ones cross under the trans. They will fit with oil pan change and some $$. Performance change will be nil.
