I have a 2014 Ultra Limited with reinhart 3 1/2 in. slipon mufflers. If I drill out the cats do I need to get the ecm reset ( a new download)? Not going to change the stock air cleaner or any other mods.

You can typically get away with 1 or the other for now, tho keep in mind they are lean from the factory:s The dealer download is still too lean and epa compliant

I'll be changing out to a decatted stock head pipe soon. My intentions now are to use a fueler to richen up the mixture but I will give it a few test rides before I add the fueler to see how she runs with the only mod being the decatted head pipe. I will keep you posted.
