Engine code question

This is the 2nd time I've gotten a code of 1353, front cylinder no combustion.
Check engine light comes on for a few seconds then it goes out when riding and rpms are 2000-2100 and I slightly give a little increase in throttle.
I did add a TFI recently but doubt if that has anything to do with it since the last time I got the code the bike didn't have the TFI. This is on an 07 ultra classic.
Would the spark plugs cause this? or What??

You can check the spark plug wire on the front cylinder, sometimes if it's loose at the plug it can vibrate so it will miss a beat and through the code. It just means one time the front cylinder didn't pop, I've seen it from a loose plug wire to even a misfire at start up.

To add to what Chopper said, You might check both ends of the plug wire... at Plug & coil. I've seen a little corrosion cause this problem...

Thanks Chopper and HarryB737. I'll check the connections as soon as the shop warms up a little.
Didn't think it was much since she's running like a scalded dog.
