First thing you'll need is a service manual
you will need a new primary gasket you may need some other seals will tell you in the service manual
you will need to strip the primary completely off to get access to the drive pulley
you will also need to get the swing arm loose on the left side to feed the new belt through

    have fun

Just preparing for that myself on an 08 Fat Boy.
All primary gaskets, inner & outer. Use a little silicon on the inner primary gasket/seal to the case.
Seals for the starter. Be careful on installation not to damage.
    O-ring.
Replacement bolts for the inner to the case.
Very large impact sockets. not sure if you need a pulley.
My starter removal requires long 1/4" allens, a ball type will be helpful.
On mine the shocks do not have to be removed, as the fork will allow enough room after pivot pin removal.
    A bro to help!

    good luck
