Does anyone know what these parts are?

I recently picked up my 07 Night Train and I found a few parts in a spare parts box. There are two things in the box I cant figure out, anybody have any clues?

can't see any numbers on the other bag

It's the bracket that holds the fuel gauge sending unit inside the tank for replacement tanks.
