cutting out

2002 road king classic is running rough and cutting out.doesnt do it all the time though.i known when its going start running bad.at idle rpm will shoot up and when I give it throttle it want to die.if I let it die it wont start unless I give it some throttle and runs rough and blows black smoke.any ideals

efi,air filter has been updated.but that was a time ago.this promble stated a few weeks ago and is getting worst.havent done anything to fuel
