cruise control &6th gear signal light falling out together

Hello,it's about my 2010 RoadKing.
As in the topic title said,the cruise control and the 6th gear signal lamp suddenly stop during riding,always together.
After a while they work again,than they stop...Etc etc.
Any idea what's causing the trouble?

It kinda sounds like something is loose. I bet Dolt, Tourbox or Jack will know what's going on. If Jack pipes in, Ask him for pictures

Have you changed cables lately? if so check this out. Not sure about the light thow.

I thinking out side the box. What ever causes the 6 gear indicator to light and then it goes off causes cruise to disengage I would bet they are connected. If in 5th gear does cruise stay engaged?
