Easy to make at home if you do some welding. You can access the adjuster screw through the center of the socket.

Thanks Mr. Data, only thing better would be to weld a big nut on top of the socket instead, then with a crowsfoot extender (and calcs) we could actually follow the manual and torque the locknut.

But as we all know that is (after all these yrs) not necessary.

Nice job on that piece. Not having access to good welding equipment, I've always just used a vice grip plier on a long socket.

I'll post another pic of a special socket I made when I take one. It's like a spark plug socket with a hex head.
