Charging sys.diagnostics

    '01 Road King/ Following Gliders' system tests I have .2 volts on the regulator pins. This was done with key off. Is that correct? Does this result condemn the regulator?
    Thanks for any help! I can't afford the 99495-01 manual!

    Not necessarily. Some measure the .2 V and others don't measure that much. Generally if you test the stator and it's working properly, then the regulator could be suspect but as a rule if one goes, the other isn't far behind and you are better off changing them both when you do the job or you will be doing the other in the near future.
