Hello, im new here. i have a 1990 fxlr lowrider. the bike is over charging the battery. last time it was hot hot. burn the batery out. can anyone help on this one? thanks.
I agree here with the regulator, check at the battery with a meter to see what voltage you are getting there. Anything much over 14.5 , replace the regulator and clean up the mounting points where it mounts for a good ground.
