Annoying rattle found

My scoot started an annoying buzzing type of rattle. Occurred in all gears at different speeds. At first It sounded like the top end was coming apart.

Well I found it, while riding and hearing the noise I reached down with my left hand and put my finger on the gas cap. No noise.

Seems the chrome cap cover on the gas cap is loose enough to rattle.

So if you have an annoying noise try this.

Now I need to figure out how to tighten up the chrome cover or decide to buy a new one.

The chrome cover on my Dyna cap is crimped on. Maybe center punching a few spots around the circumference of the underside will quiet it down?
