Hi, Could use some help. While starting my 06Glide, I suddenly lost all power. Battery appears OK. Maxi-fuse looks OK but I am getting no voltage across maxi-fuse when plugged in. Checked socket with maxi-fuse removed and recorded 11.57 DC volts. Could the maxi-fuse have blown even when it looks good? Thanks in advanced.
 
A fully charged battery should read 12.7 volts, charge and load test battery, check and clean ALL connections Harley Davidson Forums Have a look here for info also
 
You say you had no voltage across the maxi when plugged in. How are you checking the voltage? It should be one lead to ground and the other to the battery side of the fuse. Then to the other side of the fuse. Voltage readings at both locations should match. If you have voltage on one side and not the other. The Maxi is bad.

Not sure how you derived at the 11.57Vdc with fuse removed? If your battery only has 11.57Vdc it may be the problem as others have said.....
