This was discussed not too long ago.

After market brake pads MIGHT wear out your rotors slightly faster but there's practically no chance of that if you stick with the OEM product. No brainer for me.

Now, if you're a racer or feel like you really need the better performance of after market pads, by all means get some.

Lyndall has a lifetime warranty on their rotors. How can you beat that? I think that the OEM pads wear the rotors faster than I've seen on any other bike I've owned. There is definitely more dust than I'm used to and it normally wouldn't be a big deal but it is a pain with the white walls! At the first pad change I will change the rotors and the pads to Lyndall.
