I have a 1979 Low Rider with an 80ci shovelhead. I have replaced the carb with a S&S Super E. My problem is that regardless of where I set my accelerator pump adjustment screw the engine bogs down when I give a quick "blip" of the throttle. I've made every adjustment to the carb as stated in the instructions and the bike runs great. If I slowly roll throttle it has no hesitation and in fact engine picks up without a hitch. I just cant figure out why it bogs to almost dying on a quik blip of throttle.
