'92 heritage softtail engine cutting out

OK, after a couple of people working on this bike, new ignition, carb cleaned and adjusted, fuel line replaced, diaphram broked and replaced. Running fairly well until 55mph. When the throttle is gased after 55 it cuts out and backfires. Any other ideas?????????????

I'd check for an intake manifold leak. After the carb work the old rubber gaskets can easily start to leak which makes for a lean running condition when you open it up.
