2009 2-1-2 install on 2008 FLHTCI?

I'm planning this install (have purchased a 2009 system less mufflers). Apparently I will also need a new pan (oil or tranny?) and modification of the hangers. My Classic has the factory Stage 1.

Has anyone here done this modification? Any tips?

Will my Screamin' Eagle mufflers work, or will I need to recore 1 or both?

I know this isn't a popular modification, but I love the looks of the factory 2-1-2 and the fact there is a subsequent heat reduction.

Keep in mind that the 2009 has numerous frame changes from 2008 and before. The biggest being that the rear swing arm is wider to accommodate the wider wheel and tire. The second being that the swing arm (longer), and underneath of bike has been changed to accommodate the under, cross over pipe.
