2002 Front axle spacers

I have a 2002 Ultra. Need to know which side the axle spacers go on. Have one spacer wider than the other. Does the wide one go on the axle nut side or the pinch bolt side?

I think '02 front wheel is the same as later years. The Short spacer goes on right side, long spacer on left side. Notches on long spacer go towards bearing.
Tighten axle nut, then slip a 7/16" drill bit through hole in axle on right side, and pull right leg out until it contacts drill bit. Tighten cap bolts.
