2001 rd glide alarm problem

i have siren on bike that goes off after bike has been started for about 30 seconds. the alarm shows that it off.i put new battery in fob and did not help. i also tried to reset fob to bike and no help. i then tried to set the alarm without using fob and bike would not go into mood that would allow that to happen. it also shuts down bike after it runs a while . dont know where to start replacing parts at . i also have found no short in wiring . thanks for any help billy

have you replaced the battery in the siren itsself it should take a 9 volt

yes that is something that i would do . but it flashs lights and all

would that cause alarm to set its self while running. siren was working fine unplugged to stop noise thanks will replace anyway

changed batterery no help siren started again after bike ran 10 secconds . still can not get alarm codes set on turn signals . wont recognize turn signals thanks any other thoughts

Not to scare you but the tssm might be bad. The bad part is it has to be checked by a dealer. The tssm is the main part of the alarm system. Hope this helps.
