1st time rider

hello from mcleansville , north carolina ! I am a first time rider and decided if I was going to ride I was going to do it right . I just purchased a 2002 sportster sport 1200 with screaming eagle exhaust and air cleaner , looking forward to getting out and riding the country side. You guys have a great forum already as my speedo quit yesterday and sure enough (thanks to your forum) I know it is the sensor after pulling it and testing the wires . Looking forward to all the great tips and advice you guys can give me . Thanks!
