1996 FLHRI Full electrical and engine cut out

Fuel injected Road king 1996 all electrics die while riding and engine cuts out. Sometimes after 10 Miles sometimes 1mile. Pull the clutch in and after a few seconds will reset and everything works again but only for a few hundred yards then does it again and again. Have checked all wiring. HELP! Please note this is an old evo with fuel injection. Thanks

Chances if you replace the main breaker and up to a 50 amp from the 40 in there now, your problems will be gone. There was an upgrade bulletin from HD about this.

Also you may want to clean and reconnect your battery cables.
