1982 FLT cast rear wheel orientation

I’m installing a cast rear wheel on my shovel and the hub sticks out more on one side. Can someone with a 1982 FLT tell me which side your valve stem is on your rear wheel? It does not show in my repair manual or parts book.
Many thanks,
Dan
Ps I know this is the wrong forum but apparently I have "insufficient privileges" to ask in the correct forum.

All Harley's I've ever seen had the stem sticking straight up, or on the right of center (so you can get to it when parked on jiffy stand).

Breeze3at would be correct except the following. XL's on the rear are usually on the left side. My '81 FLTC front is on the left side per manual because of bearing and speedo depths I think, can't reverse it. The rear on the '81 is on the right as Breeze3at stated.
