'06 Dyna Throttle Issues

I searched the forum but didn't find anything that addressed the problems I'm having. About a month ago at the10k mile mark, the bike started having the following problems: after warm up would begin a subtle misfire at decel, and at a complete stop want to die. The bike's only mods are vance and hines and a K&N filter, so I took it to the dearlership and had it re-flashed. Two weeks later it's doing it again, and now the throttle actually "sticks" even when rolling off. Before I go back to the dealer, should I be looking at a throttle cable or some other electrical/ECM issue? I hate to pay the dealer to start chasing down rabbit holes until its fixed.

Jack has goy you covered. Sure sounds like a dirty IAC.
 
Thanks for the help, sure beats the heck out of paying the dealerhip to figure it out. I'll be on it in the morning.
