04 Road King Classic rear shocks

An old friend gave me the harley air pump for the air shocks on my bike. He got a 2017 Road King and didn't need it anymore. The question is, it doesn't seem to work. The air is not going into the shocks. The pressure just builds at the pump and when the pump is unscrewed from the bike the pressure just goes to 0. Also when you first attach the pump the gauge reads 0. I know there has to be some air in the shocks because I ride the bike and the shocks aren't bottomed out. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like the pump hose tip is the problem.
Not sure it you can clean it or not. But sounds like it's stuck closed,

These valves are replacable , when removed some oil may came out with it !.
HD's airshocks aren't the best ever used , many riders go for aftermarket shocks!.
