02 screaming eagles on 08 ultra

I have a set of 02 screaming eagles that I would like to put on my 08 ultra classic. Two questions, was my 02 engine a closed loop like the 08, will these pipes work on the 08? I plan to add stage 1 kit and not yet decided on fuel management system(open to suggestions).
I really enjoy reading this site and impressed with the knowledge here.

You mention pipes, I think we're talking about slip on mufflers here??

The mufflers should work but the head pipes would have the 02 bungs in them for the 08 where as the 02 bike didn't have the 02 sensors/bungs in the pipes.

So if it is just the slipons, they should work. Head pipe diameter would be the same.

I like the TFI for fuel management, easy to install and easy to set up.
