'01 shuts down

I have friend with a 2001 soft tail. It will shut down after about 10 minutes of riding, if you leave it sit for 10 minutes you can start it and ride another 10 minutes. After checking all the grounds we our a wet cold cloth on the engine module and ran for about 25 minutes. It is hot and muggy here in southern CA but not as hot as normal. Anyone have any ideas?

Check then main breaker/fuse. When it gets hot it kills all power. It resets when cool again.
