Re: Dunlop Elite3

Thanks. I hope to get some good wear out of them. I figured it was a loaded question. Some will like them while others will disaprove.

Re: Dunlop Elite3

The other are good tires they just are a softer compound to give a little more bite and a racing feel to them but the trade off in wear is just way to much.
Even honda was putting dunlaps on GW fro that same reason.

Re: Dunlop Elite3

Just put a Dunlop OEM (MU85B16-77H) tire on the rear of my '07 FLHRC. I got over 10,500 miles on the first one. No complaints.

What is the difference in the Elite3?

only cos you cant get the venoms any more
not a huge fan of Dunlop myself i like a softer tire and Avon have it for me, better mileage and better wet grip.
it seems the Dunlops work better and last longer over in the US than over here for some strange reason must be the make up of the road surface.
