Re: Broken Spoke??

I would address that asap. I only have bicycle experience with broken spokes, but it is no fun when the wheel blows apart. I might limp home with it, but I wouldn't push it any further. JMO

Re: Broken Spoke??

Good advice Joy, I agree there. The wheel is only as good as it;s parts and if one is broken there's a weak link. Get it fixed to be safe and check the wheel for true.

Re: Broken Spoke??

+1 more for the get it fixed asap having built wheels for push bikes i can tell you that the broken spoke will only result in heartache and a bigger bill if left, has it broke at the hub or the rim.
if at the hub look for a sharp edge that has caused the failure over time and see if they can smooth it out when they put the new spoke in, at the rim it would be just a weak spoke or an over tightened one with way to much tension
