Retrofitting Fat Boy Wheels to Heritage

Hi, I have a 1996 Heritage. I'm hoping to fit 2001 Fat boy wheels on it, to allow me to go Tubeless. I'm also planning to Waterjet-Cut them. All would be 3/4" axle. Has anybody done this? Seems like it would be a pretty common swap. I am wondering about wheel spacers, and potential issues with the Speedometer Drive. I already have a Front Fat Boy wheel. Just need to find a rear wheel. Any advise would be greatly appreciated! Thanx!
