What is the reason for wanting this conversion? Is your wife having a hard time keeping the Ultra upright at stops? Maybe a lighter bike is in order or a trike. Not the training wheels. Have a heart, ppl will laugh as she rides by.

I've seen this system on an old Gold Wing around town. The guy riding it appears to have leg injuries that prevent him from holding the bike up. It's kinda neat to see him stopping..the wheels come down ...just like landing gear.

I would call it a "low speed stabilized" motorcycle. Do I want one? Not yet, but if I ever have to make a decision between riding a motorcycle and not riding a motorcycle I would consider it. Not to offend anyone, but I would rather have training wheels, than a trike. I've DRIVEN them and they are not for me.

I guess I'm too old fashioned, when I was learning to ride the premise was "If you can pick it up off the ground you can ride it"!
