I don’t know if the 07 is different than other softail frames,, but check JP Cycles shock and accessory section. I’ve used the progressive system,,, there are extensions for the two shocks to lower it very cheaply,,,, my fatty has 4” clearance,, the drawback is them sloping turns and tight corners, you can tapout, so common sense with your own bike. Custom seat alterations from several sources can lower you safely if that’s your goal.
