Night Rod Special Color
Hi, I am awaiting a new Night Rod Special due in Australia mid September. I have ordered black and black. I was hoping somebody would know whether it will be gloss black with matt black stripes or the other way around? I have seen photos of both. Curiosity is killing me. Thanks

the only way you will find out is to ask the dealer which he has ordered me i like the Matt with gloss stripes

The dealer concerned is not sure and I will be happy with either. I did not know there was a choice when I ordered the bike and have locked in 'Black Denim/Vivid Black'. I'm just curious about what this combination is. Any info from a Harley expert would be greatly appreciated. Thanks AB

I too am waiting on a 2009 night rod special and the paperwork I have (and saw at the dealer) lists the primary color first and the stripes color second. That being said my paperwork says Blk Den/Blk Rce and that's what I asked for. Hope that helps.

I picked mine up yesterday and am already thinking that it will be a project keeping the Denim part clean. At least I have an excuse to be in the shed away from the wife. AB
