Thanks for the information ,
Although I do not have HD yet but I tried it on my scooter and yes it works great.Even I used it on the body parts as well and she is shining like anything.

I know im new on THIS forum, but have you ever noticed how a new person such as this person with 2 posts put info and never comes back?? Why is that.

I have had wonderful success with Mothers Aluminum polish for getting burned on exhaust stains out.

Sorry about the late response and not being more informative on my original post but the hand soap I used was FAST ORANGE "without pumice" and I still swear by it!

I had similar experience, easy off oven cleaner works well too.
