Re: So who actually rides a V-Rod around here anyways???

I have my bagger for the long hauls but I do take 200 mile plus trips on my Vrod and it is comfy enough for that, Again its all about setting the bike up for you just like anyother harley , I would put it in the Dyna class for comfort maybe even a bit more comfy just because the engine runs smoother ,but it is more comfy then a ST and a sportster , Hobbit they do make a reduced reach kit for the fowards and I also have this setup and it make a big diffrence i think its was around $130. US . I started to buy the parts to due a 1350 bb on my Vrod I should have all the parts by the end of this summer when my warrenty runs out in sept this will be my next winter project.I like the turbo but cant get past all that metal hanging off the bike, but they do get good results.150-160 HP ,So im going BB with falcon 1/4 stroke mod on the crank , cp pistons, 58mmTBs , destroyer injectors, jones cam.in the trans: VH 2d gear and harden shaft since it will be ripped down.should come in under $3000. US.

we dont get quite a few models sometimes its beacuse they wont pass the laws over here governing them or they dont think they will make enough money
