'09 Fit a '12?
I now have a 2012 Road King. I tried installing the deflectors on the new bike, but they don't seem to fit like they did on the '09. Are these deflectors compatible with a '12 model, or do I need new ones? Thanks in advance... |

I just looked at two heat deflector websites, and they list '09-'12 touring as the same part.

The Touring bikes all got a new frame in '09 but it's the same for all of them. The seats and fuel tanks might be different enough to affect the way these deflectors fit.

They don't fit well at the fuel tank, and they don't seem to "marry" well at either side cover....
