Not just another "Trike"...check this out!

I have always liked Harley Trikes, and of course what comes to mind when I mention those are the typical 3 wheeled variety that looks like this:

So of course from behind they look like this, a zero-lean motorcycle that alters the way you ride radically:

But what do you guys think of THIS?? Same motorcycle, (you know what I mean), but with a completely different trike mod.

Take a look:

Another angle:

And of course the look from behind, (almost):

This is an obviously more easily reversible transformation.

Just interested in opinions here because like many of you guys, I look for interesting topics of conversation, not because I have any real intentions of changing my own Ultra to a trike.

OK......Let me make a prediction here...
Smitty...you hate it, right?

What do you think guys?

No hate is a strong word
I like trikes done right , I hope I do not need one for a few more years.
When the time comes and my tired body can not hold a road glide up it will be trike time for sure.

In my opinion, the first is tough lookin'

The second looks like it has training wheels!

I beleive what you are looking at is a Voyager kit or something like it. They claim that it can be changed in a few minutes. Now having seen a few of these in person, It does look like a bike with training wheels. For those who need additional wheels it is a cheap alternative to a trike kit. Cost I believe to be in the $4k range vs $10k for a Lehman or california Disecar.

I personally would not do this to mine but to each his own.

(I felt the same way...BUT...suppose you decided you wanted to go back to 2 wheels? MUCH easier!)

That's exactly what I think about Smit...when I can't ride the Ultra but not yet willing to hang up my helmet.

So...which one do you prefer?

Remember...for the next owner, that second conversion is so easily reversible!
