Welcome to HDTalking Alpina! Now that is a "CUSTOM" Sportster...Amazing, let's hear the details and please, more pictures.

Made me think about what the definition of a "CUSTOM" bike when reading it rather than seeing it...!

Re: It's built!

Cheers on the comments lads...The biking days had to come to an end due to health issues, but was adamant to find an alternative route so surfed & surfed for ideas as I was not extatic with was available to me. Eventually I came up with the low slung raked out idea, if I could get a kit that was not too wide, one I used was 4'6" wall to wall. Eventually sourced the front end through AME choppers in Germany, actual trike kit from the US, accumulated eleven boxes of goodies in the garage from Kuryakyn/A.Ness/Mamas & Papas etc & started...

'05 HD Sportster Trike
Raked to 44, Engine (stage 1)
Vance & Hines Short Shots
Blood Groove Hypercharger
Black powder coated Flander Cruiser bars
Stock 150 rear up front, center blackened
2 x Chrome Deep Dish 7" American Racing Alloys, 265/50/15
Usual S/S Braiding
Arlen Ness Wide Sport front fender
Home made fork brace
Chromed block, 3 Light Skeleton head light
Arlen Ness Jet-Eye tail/turn signal
Finished in Satin Black, body/tank/fender/riser

and I'm still smiling

Thanks for the additional pics!!! Make this an "automatic" trans and I could finally get my wife on a bike of her own!
Seriously, it's beautiful...wonderful build and looks like what it is...a "one of a kind" bike! SUPER!
