Belt drive to chain drive
Not much explaining here... I want to change my belt drive for a chain drive. Any tips? Manufacturers? Special equipment needed? Thanks in advance for your help! |

Belt needs no special attention, whereas the chain will need to be lubricated on a scheduled basis.

Probably for a fatter tire IMO i'll stay a bit narrower for the benefits of a belt, especially on a motor that isn't 200HP

Good questions and great advise... As for my service, I appreciate the kudos and always use the opportunity to thank those who have served.
The chain drive would be for aesthetic purposes only. I really want to strip it down to appear simplistic as possible and I think that a chain drive gives bikes that retro look that I really like. I think my next bike will be a bobber with huge apes and super forward controls... (I'm still young enough for that... tee hee!!!)
