low idle
A few weeks ago you guys helped me out with my engine temperature sensor. I replaced it, the gas mileage is back up, but there still seems to be a problem. The idle will get very slow espcially if at a long stop light. Prior to replacing the ets I cleaned the air filter a K&N and I also replaced the grips.
I am thinking I may need to look at the cable adjustments by the throttle grips as they may have gotten out of whack during the change. The code showing ets still flashes, do I need to get to the dealer and get that cleared? will that alleviate the low idle? |

Re: low idle
The light should take care of itself in 50 start/run cycles of at least 30 seconds each.
You may want to try this out. Setting Idle On MM Systems - Harley Davidson Community
