Is this tire OK for a Ultra?

Ok Dunlop sent me that book, rightback were we started.
Seems the only tires recommened for HD touring bike are the 402 and 404
The 404 seem to be a general recommend tire for older touring bikes
And mentions the 591 one some models.
I may just throw a set of E3 on see what happens
I am getting the feeling no one wants to go out of bounds and say any tire other than the recommened OEM replacement is ok.
