Re: Other Then the Performance upgrades?
Since I've had a few touring bikes over the years, I can tell you, you can only decide how to personalize yoour bike in person. We can collectively give you some insight on a few items carte blanche, but your best bet is to get the catalogs and a cup of coffee or 6. Alchohol and credit cards are a lethal combination!
That said, number one item for any touring model being used for more than 15 minute trips: Highway pegs What was well used on my ultra: winshield pouch. I went a lot farther with mine, as have several other folks here on the forum. If you see something and want an opinion, there's no shortage of those here! Just ask.

Re: Other Then the Performance upgrades?
Clearview windshield, Sundowner seat, highway pegs, adjustable rider backrest. After that, I would say the Hogtunes speakers.

Next to performance, safety, so to help being seen from behind, aux turn signal brake light conversion, airwing luggage rack with brake light. and passenger grab rails.
