stupid question
my mechanical ability is just south of that of a rock so please forgive me.
my 2008 road king came with a pigtail under the right side of the seat that i can plug a battery tender directly into. i'm looking at some heated clothing. can i use the pigtail to plug the heated jacket liner into? or do i need to attach a separate connecting harness to the battery in which to connect the liner? thanks |

Re: stupid question
There's an adapter that Gerbing makes that will convert the charger pigtail to the heated clothing pigtail.
You have to call them because it's not listed on the site. I had one I got from them. It has the two prong end like the charger pigtail on one end and the coax connector for the clothing on the other. Gerbing's Heated Clothing // Specialty Items
