Re: headlight modulator/tail light flasher

Never heard of that company. I have a Comagination headlight modulator and brake light flasher. I have used it on three bikes now over 3 years and still works great. For $85 for both the headlight and tail light it is a steal! Do a google search the Comagination has the best reviews for the price.

Re: headlight modulator/tail light flasher

Thanks for that link, Sadist112, I've been thinking about doing the brake light thing.
On Wednesday, I almost got rear-ended by a twit talking on a cell phone...
I had to stop for a construction vehicle and he never saw me stop... next thing I know the brakes are screaming (don't you just hate that sound behind you???!!) and I see this idiot's eye's get big in my mirrors. He stopped that close to my rear fender! THEN like a pencil-neck he took off up a side street, I didn't even have a chance to get off the bike. I'm 6'2" 225lbs, but unfortunately I'm 57, and my days of rolling around on the ground are pretty much over. Still, adrenaline was PUMPING!!
I think I'll get one of these brake things.

Re: headlight modulator/tail light flasher

Thats crazy!

The same thing happened to me about 3 years ago and thats when I got the brake light. I also (prior to the flashing brake light) had one of those illegal spinning tail light blubs the ones that continuously look like they are spinning that worked well however lasted a total of 20hrs before it burnt out.
