Rear brakes

Has anyone had a problem with the rear brakes sqeeking? I have a new Road King that sqeeks everytime I apply the rear brakes and it's getting anoying. A buddy of mine has an Ultra Classic and has the same problem.

Very common problem. Try chamfering the pads.

Yes it's a new bike so I'll probably stop by the dealer. On another note, Glider what is chamfering....LOL? Thanks !!!

Removing some material at both ends of the pad.

Talked to my dealer (Harley World of OKC) about my rear brake squeal at the 1k service and they didn't take care of it. Now that I know they have a month long wait to replace a tire I just did it myself. Squealing brakes will drive ya nuts.
