I am surprised the pull sheet doesn't have an A/F ratio line.
The dyno sheet also reflects you were at 1200' above sea level, and it doesn't look like the graphs were corrected for that. That's worth something for sure. (as far as the graph height is concerned).
But "corrected" hurts you in the other direction when it comes to humidity. Only 16%. I am sure on the street in July it was more than that.

Without knowing which pistons you have, it is impossible to say. One would assume that since you have 110+ heads, pistons would be 22137-08B; can you confirm the PN of the pistons used in the build? If the pistons are 22137-08B; you should see between 185-190psi at 1200 feet above sea level.

Re: 103 questions

There could be one or multiple issues. I have not read the whole thread so excuse me if I duplicate. I have listed a few and comentary
1. Sumping, pull the drain plug in the bottom of the case to check, look for 5oz or less on a hot motor that has idled for a few minutes before shutting off
2. Ion Sensing pulling massive timing out, Kutter is a good dealer if Aaron tuned it. Should have caught this. IME most MVA head bikes like the ion sensing turned off to avaid false timing pulled
3. An error in assembly such as upside down second ring, it would smoke and use oil. do a compression check and report back with throttle Wide Open, air filter removed plate blocked open assuming this is a TBW
4. One or both cams out of time. Compression check would lead you there

Not the best combo of parts those are very big heads (MVA) for a smallish motor. The cam doesn't help. If this was cheated down a little with about a 242 degree cam with a lower LC like 99 or 100 and an intake close of 42° it would have more low and mid torque giving a better feel and possibly better HP numbers. The numbers are short of what they should be indicating a problem despite not an deal mix of parts

How do I get a hold of Don?
Numbers are for "Jack-stand" or "Bar-stool" Racers

How does it run on the road????

Re: 103 questions

Aron did the tune at Kutter, and I must say: very knowledgeable..

Dealership wasn't able to get compression, will have to stop by.

Ok so based on all this Heads is the best place to start??

MVA or rework the 110+B heads or purchase form Dewy?

Or do work towards the 107?

Thanks to all for your help!

Compression ratio will be good to know, it can be corrected with thicker gaskets, remember to measure intake tract for over all length
