Beware Kuryakyn trunk relocator
The release clips were not completly treaded and would not hold the trunk. I took them to a mech. shop and had them rethreaded, fine threads, and worked ok, but had to spend extra money. I did not want to send then back, it took me 4 weeks to get them.

Re: Beware Kuryakyn trunk relocator
Need a little clarification regarding the specific part number and details...is this the installation instruction for the Küryakyn part?

Re: Beware Kuryakyn trunk relocator
Had a Harley sissy bar that had threads missing in one hole.
It happens. Got it re-threaded and everything was fine. Don't remember if it was US or China production. It seems most of the Kuryakyn stuff is made in China. Like they say, sometimes those Chinese "craftsmen" miss a few things. Kuryakyn is based in Wisconsin and whenever I've called with an issue, they have always responded quickly. |

That is the correct file, but the part is not listed there. It is part of the adjustment frame and the best I can describe it is a quick adjust clip that flips up to tighten down the trunk.
